A deposit of 25% is required with the booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival.
We offer flexible start dates and stay durations during February, March April, November and December. Otherwise start dates are usually a Saturday.
We have a the last week of April (first week of May) available and the week commencing Saturday 9th June for 7 nights.

The cottage, sleeps up to 5 people +cot in 3 well sized bedrooms.

We offer Saturday start dates in high season. In medium and low season we can arrange flexible start days & breaks of 4 days or less as indicated on the weekly availability below.
Fully inclusive pricing policy, the prices quoted include the following:
- All bedlinen (beds ready made), please provide your own cot linen.
- Towels (bath towels, hand towels and tea towels)
- Gas central heating and hot water all year round
- Free WIFI internet access
- A comprehensive welcome pack (Milk, bread, fruit, cakes, choice of wine or fresh flowers, kitchen roll, starter pack of toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, supply of bin liners).
